I would like to know if anyone has tried acupuncture in helping to treat their depression. What are some of your experiences with the topic?

Acupuncture is a bogus treatment that doesn’t work for anything really. The best that can be said is there is weak evidence it might be effective for mild to moderate pain or nausea in some people. There is no evidence it is of ANY use in depression. But, don’t take my word for it, here is a recently published review of ALL the literature on acupuncture and depression. This is as current as it gets
